In order to register for our services, we will require proof of identification (for example a passport, driving licence, medical card, pension book or birth certificate) and proof of address (for example a bank statement, a home utility bill, water or Council tax bill, a credit or store card statement or a home insurance certificate).
To get your account started, we will require (where relevant) your name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and unique tax reference, as well as the company name, address, tax reference, VAT number and PAYE reference.
